We lawyers, often complain of being in an intellectual rut. The busier you are, the less time you have to read, explore, and analyze – law, life and other developments. You are unable to do the very things that made you fall in love with the law in the first place and instead, you get caught in constantly firefighting emergencies. In litigation, there is no dearth of emergencies – real or perceived.
This blog is my attempt to come out of the intellectual rut that I have gotten into by excessively focusing on building a practice instead of learning the law. It is an attempt to fall back in love with the law again. To read, think, analyze, and share whatever little I know/learn.
I am an Advocate practising in the High Court of Karnataka, NCLT as well as other Courts and Tribunals in Bengaluru.
